We want you to be completely obsessed with your BUXOM purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns of products purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original box or any sturdy cardboard shipping container, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
